“K” Line Service Ranked 1st Place in 6 out of 11 Categories
in Shipper Sentiment Survey
KAWASAKI KISEN KAISHA, LTD. (“K” Line) is pleased to announce that “K” Line’s container services received good ranking in CI (Containerization International) Shipper Sentiment Survey. This survey is taken on a quarterly basis with a total of 67 shippers having responded to the questionnaire this time in evaluating 15 major carriers having Europe-related container services.
The number of questions were 11 in total and covered categories such as Ease of Contact; Accuracy of Invoices; On-time Shipments; Cleanliness of Containers, etc. “K” Line is proud that its services were ranked 1st place in 6 out of the total 11 categories and that this was the largest number achieved by any single carrier.
