Modification of Asia - North America East Coast Service

 

 

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd.(hereinafter called "K" LINE), a member of CKYH Alliance (COSCON, "K" LINE, Yang Ming, Hanjin Shipping), will make modifications to one of its Asia - North America East Coast service loops, named AWE-4, in middle of May 2010.

 

The new AWE-4 service will deploy 9 x 5500teu class vessels under cooperation with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) and newly added direct calls at Savannah and Jacksonville on US East Coast.

 

This service modification will enhance port coverage of Asia - North America East Coast service network and continue to offer quality service to customers.

 

Details of the service are as follows:-

Vessels Deployed 5500teu vessel x 9 (7 vessels operated by "K" LINE, 2 vessels by MOL)
Port Rotation Ho Chi Minh (Tue/Wed) - Shekou (Fri/Sat) - Hong Kong (Sat/Sun) - Yantian (Sun/Mon) - Singapore (Thu/Thu) - Halifax (Tue/Wed) - New York (Thu/Fri) - Norfolk (Fri/Sat) - Jacksonville (Sun/Mon) - Savannah (Mon/Tue) - Singapore (Sun/Mon) - Ho Chi Minh (Tue)
