Change of Top Management
Mr. Kenichi Kuroya tendered his resignation from the position of President & CEO of Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) effective May 13, 2011. It has been resolved at Board of Directors meeting held today that Mr. Jiro Asakura, presently Vice President, will be appointed President and CEO as of today, May 13, 2011.
Mr. Kuroya will remain as Director of the company.
