It is a pleasure to introduce you to our newly-expanded service menu over the Internet. We welcome you to get acquainted with our state-of-the-art Customer Service features for the most dependable and safe international transportation of your containerized cargo, which are Booking Request and Bill of Lading/Waybill Referencing and Printing directly on your printer via our Homepage. In order to assure full confidentiality in information exchange between you our valued Customer and us, we provide specialized User ID for accessing these services. To obtain User ID and details, please go to "Welcome" screen and click on "let's get here" and you will be brought to the User ID Registration Request screen. In the meantime, please kindly note that we offer Bill of Lading and Waybill Referencing and Printing Services for shipments originated only from Japan at this initial stage, but this service will expand to include other shipments in the near future.
You can submit your Booking application through our
Homepage in addition to your current practice such as via e-mail, facsimile and/or
telephone. You must, however, fill out all mandatory items (so specified on the screens)
at the time of first access but thereafter the system will default some key information if
you save it as your template. We will try our best to respond to your Booking applications
within the same business day, but please accept our apology for any possible delay due to
limited space availability on the requested Vessel and Voyage.
You can reach your B/L by searching either by B/L Number or Booking Number. In case you don't know those numbers, you can search your B/L only by Vessel Name and Voyage number. Once you find your B/L, you can see the B/L shipment information on K-Line B/L format and print it by selecting any B/L on the screen. |
