| Change of Top Management |

| Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) has decided in
a board meeting held today on changes of Top Management. It has been resolved
to assign Mr. Hiroyuki Maekawa, the company’s present President and CEO
to Chairman of the Board and Mr. Kenichi Kuroya, Managing Director of "K"
LINE PTE LTD to the company’s President and CEO as of April 1,2010. |

| Mr. Kuroya will assume Vice President as of January 1, 2010 and
also Director as of end of June subject to approval at the Ordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders. |

| Change of regarding other Directors and Executive Officers will
be decided and announced later. |
