| "K"Line and Zim Line will exchange slots
between AMP/PNW |

| Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K"Line) and Zim
Israel Navigation company have now agreed to start slot exchange between AMP (Zim) and PNW
("K"Line) as from May, 2004 subject to approvals by concerned authorities. Both
the Lines are confident that high quality service and wider range of service scope can be
offered to the customers on the Asia / Mediterranean / Asia and Asia / Pacific North-West
/ Asia trades respectively. |
