Suzhou Representative Office Opening |

| "K" Line Air Service, Ltd. (KLAS) is pleased to
announce that it opens its representative office in Suzhou City of Jiangsu Providence,
China under its subsidiary company of "K" Line Air Service (China) Ltd.
(KLAS=CHINA). |
| Since many Japanese manufacturers have been rapidly
extending their factories to Suzhou area in recent years, KLAS-CHINA decided to open its
representative office in Suzhou City in order to offer much closer service to customers of
Suzhou area instead of offering service from Shanghai City at present. |

| KLAS-CHINA has now its representative office in Shanghai,
Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Xiamen as well as "K" Line Air Service (Tianjin) Ltd has
its office in Tianjin and Beijing, KLAS is aggressively expanding its network in China. |
