“K” Line Selected as a Constituent of FTSE4Good Global Index for 14 Consecutive Years

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. (“K” Line) has remained a constituent of the FTSE4Good Global Index, one of the leading global indices for Socially Responsible Investment (SRI)(*1) for the 14th consecutive year since its initial inclusion in 2003.

FTSE4Good Global Index is an index developed by FTSE Russell (*2), an index and data company owned by London Stock Exchange Group, whose constituents are selected by measuring their performance in terms of management and information disclosure utilizing globally recognized Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards. The index is recognized as a world leading ESG index, along with the Dow Jones Sustainability Index, and viewed as an important tool for investors who consider corporate social responsibility and sustainability as a significant factor when they make investment decisions.
