Coscon, "K" LINE and Yang Ming restructure Trans-Atlantic Services

COSCO Container Lines Ltd. (Coscon), Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" LINE), Yang Ming Marine Transport Corp (Yang Ming) are pleased to announce that the three lines are to restructure their two loops of Trans-Atlantic services as follows: AUE service is the combination with their Asia/East Coast of United States (USEC) service, covering between North Europe and USEC, operated by 12 x 3500-4000teu type vessels, and TAS-3 service covers between USEC and Mediterranean ports by 4 x 2800teu type vessels.
These new services will enable the three lines to offer faster transit time from N. Europe to the USEC and direct service from Boston to N. Europe to meet market requirements.

New York / Norfolk / Charleston / Naples / Genoa / Barcelona / New York

The three lines will continue the service between N. Europe and Gulf Coast of United States through cooperation with Americana Ships/Grand Alliance with following details:
