Commencement of New South Africa Service

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" LINE) is pleased to announce the start of a new Asia - South Africa Service with Malaysia International Shipping Corporation BERHAD (MISC) and Pacific International Lines (PIL).
In this new service, offering highest quality service to all customers, we'll start to call Shekou which is one of the important ports in Southern part of China because of its market growth. And Transit time from Hong Kong to Durban will be shortened by 6 days (17 days) compared with service now being provided. We'll keep our service from/to other Asian ports (i.e., Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, etc) connecting at Singapore and Port Kelang by using our Asian networks.

Hong Kong (Fri/Sat) - Shekou(Sat/Sun) - Singapore (Wed/Thu) - Port Kelang (Thu/Fri) - Durban (Mon/Thu) - Cape Town (Sat/Sun) - Port Kelang (Sat/Sun) - Hong Kong
