Performance Criteria:

- Period:Apr through Jun 2017
- Scope of trade lanes:Asia-US West Coast (USWC), Asia-US East Coast (USEC), Asia-Europe (EUR), Asia-Mediterranean (MED) and Intra-Asia
- Measured ports:the first discharging port in destination region in the outward voyage from Asia region and the turning port of inward/outward voyage (deemed last discharging port) in Asia region in the inward voyage
- On time arrival:berthing within 24 hours of the announced schedule is regarded as on-time arrival.
- On-time ratio:the numbers of on-time arrival / the numbers of voyage

Analysis for the above period:

For Asia-USWC, vessels delayed due to port congestion at Shanghai and Ningbo caused by dense fog. One of services faced yard congestion at Vancouver in May-Jun period.
For Asia-USEC, vessels delayed due to port congestion at Shanghai and Ningbo caused by dense fog.
For Asia-EURO/MED, were affected due to the China port congestion caused by fog. Berth congested at Jeddah due to power failure and slow productivity thereafter in Jun period.
For Intra-Asia, services which calling Bangkok port (excluding Japan loop) were affected by congestion at Bangkok due to on-going Gantry crane maintenance and draft restriction during dry season. China port congestion also affected on vessel delays.
