ISO9000 Quality Management Standard

Back on November 1999 we were awarded ISO 9002 for transportation of cars, self-driven vehicles for farming, construction or other purposes in recognition of our achievements in the aware of safety and damage prevention. As you are well aware, ISO9002 is a certificate of high-quality service. In November 2002, we acquired ISO9001 again in view of ISO9002 being to be entirely transferred/consolidated into ISO9001. Under ISO9001, we all, at "K"LINE are making utmost efforts and will do unchangeably for rationalization of a thorough flow of work from communications with customers to processing of bookings to stowage on board and to actual sea transportation with closest communications with ships in the sea and at port. By this token, we are providing a certain level of services qualifying for ISO 9001 anywhere all over the world.
